Educational Purpose

All services, programs, products, and educational materials are intended for informational and educational purposes only.

Payments

Payment is required before access is granted to paid products or services unless otherwise stated.

Payment plans, where offered, constitute a commitment to complete all scheduled payments.

Failure to complete a payment plan does not cancel your financial obligation.

Memberships and Recurring Billing

For memberships or any services billed on a recurring basis, cancellation requests must be received at least ten (10) days before your next scheduled billing date. Requests received fewer than ten (10) days before the next billing date may not be processed before the upcoming renewal, and the scheduled payment may still be charged. Once your cancellation is processed, no future recurring payments will be billed.

Refund Policy

Because many of our products include immediate access to digital materials, educational content, coaching resources, or reserved appointment times, refunds are generally not available unless otherwise stated on the applicable sales page or required by law.

For coaching packages or longer-term services, any exceptions will be determined solely at the Company's discretion.

Failure to attend appointments, participate in coaching, access materials, or complete a program does not entitle you to a refund.

Scheduling and Appointments

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments and providing any requested information before their session.

Appointments canceled with less than forty-eight (48) hours' notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), may be subject to a minimum $50 cancellation or no-show fee.

This fee helps cover the reserved appointment time that could not be made available to another client. Any applicable fee must be paid before future appointments or services will be scheduled, unless otherwise determined by the Company.

Repeated missed appointments or excessive cancellations may result in the discontinuation of services at the Company's discretion.

SMS & Text Messaging

Drops of Health Wellness Center may offer communications by SMS or MMS text message. By voluntarily opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive messages from Drops of Health Wellness Center at the mobile number you provide.

Depending on the communication preferences you select, messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling or administrative updates, customer care communications, account or service notifications, and, where separately authorized, marketing or promotional messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message acknowledging your request, and you will no longer receive messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again.
